Mailbox Migration to Microsoft 365

Migrating to Microsoft 365 requires a structured approach to minimize disruptions and ensure a smooth transition. My process includes the following key steps:

• Planning: Conducting a thorough analysis of the current email environment and defining a clear migration strategy. This includes selecting the right migration method (cutover, staged or hybrid) and setting up a realistic timeline.
• Testing: Running test migrations to check compatibility, optimize performance and identify potential challenges early in the process.
• Communication: Providing clear and timely communication to all stakeholders, including end‑user instructions and support for a seamless adoption of the new system.
• Support: Offering hands‑on guidance during and after the migration to resolve any issues quickly and ensure business continuity.
• Project Delivery: Successfully delivering a fully functional Microsoft 365 environment, complete with documentation and post‑migration support.

Business Central On‑Premise Installation

Successfully implemented Business Central on‑premise at several client sites. The installation package contains:

• Installation of several Windows Server roles and features.
• SQL installation and configuration.
• CRM installation and configuration.
• Active Directory related changes.
• Documentation.

Azure Active Directory Sync Services

Successfully implemented Azure AD password sync for my own on‑premise Active Directory domain. From start to finish, I created an Azure AD synchronization that allows me to sync on‑premise AD objects to Office 365. The project contains:

• Setting up the Office 365 tenant.
• Setting up DNS.
• Setting up licenses.
• Configuring the Azure AD sync client.
• Configuring AD objects for synchronization.

Skype for Business Cloud PBX / Phone System

Successfully implemented the Skype Cloud PBX phone system. From start to finish I was involved in the testing stage of Microsoft Cloud PBX online. Once it was officially released, I successfully migrated the Avaya phone system of CRM Partners to Skype Cloud PBX. The project contains:

• Inventarisation of the existing phone system.
• Inventarisation of end‑user requirements.

• Setting up end‑user documentation.
• Setting up communication documentation.
• Providing end‑user training.
• Migrating ISDN numbers to Microsoft.

BitLocker Administration and Monitoring

Successfully implemented a BitLocker Administration and Monitoring solution. The installation package contains:

Windows Deployment Services

Successfully implemented a fully functioning Active Directory forest. The installation package contains:

Failover Cluster Manager Hyper‑V Role

Successfully implemented a Hyper‑V virtual cluster. The installation package contains:

• Installation of several Windows Server roles and features.

• Installing and configuring Hyper‑V replication services.

Print‑Park with Passes

Successfully implemented a print park with Active Directory authentication passes for CRM Partners offices in Barneveld and Amersfoort. From start to finish, from research to end‑user support. The project contains:

• Comparing specifications and cost of several lease suppliers.

Fileserver Sharing Storage

Successfully implemented a file server for document sharing using an Active Directory security topology for the Micros office in Amersfoort. From start to finish I created a file server structure for daily use of files and documents. The project contains:

• Setting up a topology document for the whole company, with each department having its own file structure.

Smartphone Contacts Sync with Cirasync for Office 365

Successfully implemented the Cirasync add‑on for Office 365. Cirasync is an add‑on for Office 365 that syncs your Active Directory contact information, such as mobile numbers, to smartphones by using Outlook contacts. From start to finish: research, testing and going live.
